My 1st cousin, Rhonda Wambles, lost her battle with cancer on May 31st, 2008 at 4:15pm at Mizell Memorial Hospital in Opp, Alabama. She was 46 years old.

One of my close friends from high school lost her 21 year old son on Friday night from a wreck on a 3-wheeler. His 3 year old son was riding with him and was airlifted to Pensacola, Florida to a hospital and the next 24 hours is critical for his survival. He leaves behind a wife, his 3 year old son, and another 3-month old child.
Please say a prayer for my family and friends.

Wow, Karenlee, double whammy for you! Anyway, I am so sry to hear about your cousin and what happen to your friends son.

Its already hard when, you lose a love one, but its especially hard when,you lose a child.

I have a 21 yr. old son, myself and I prayed, that I will never have to go through this with any of my children.

At my daughter's school, three seniors, who was suppose to graduate, yesterday, die over the course of the school year.

One, earlier this year, one on Mother's Day, and one over the Memorial Day Holiday.

I know that you are going to have some tough days, but when you have the Lord on your side, and really and truly depend on him, things will get much better!

I know that my cousin is at peace now.
She suffered very badly those last few days with her cancer.
My friend has her family and a strong support system around her and even though it will be hard she still has 2 children to take care of and 2 grandbabies and a daughter-in-law that he left behind to help take care of.
Some good news is the 3 year old is doing well.
His dad that passed away shielded his son with his own body(and I found out it was a 4-wheeler and they were hit by a car) and that is why he made it. Any parent would do it for their children I would hope. I know I would.
