The purpose is to determine the sales skills of the associates. A pre-visit phone call must be made and reported on, and it must be from a landline to record properly.

The shopper payment for this assignment is $10.00 via PayPal.

Shoppers must:
* Make a pre-visit phone call
* Assess all areas of the store
* Remain in the store NO LESS THAN 15 minutes
· Must spend at least 15 minutes in the store
