Back in june 05...we thought we would put a new ac unit in the whole deal from the ductwork to the air handler.....well as some of ya may know we have had nothing but issues since day one.....

Well today for the umpteenth time we had to call a repair guy again....Yep it went out again!!!!! Hard to get anything done when its 80+ inside....He is working hard to replace the compressor but how many times should I pay for the unit to be fixed when we paid a small fortune for a new no hassles unit... The old unit that was installed with the house when it was built in 89 never gave us any problems just a little noisey......but due to the mold issues we had to replace it all.....

I called to vent my frustrations to Tempstar the company who made the products and they will get back to me......some day.......but how many times can someone get burned before completely losing it.....I am almost there at my final straw.....

Ugghhh I am telling you if its not one thing its another.....the whole house stinks......like rotten eggs!!!!! The sewer line next to my house broke again and theres a nice lake of sewage on the side of my house!!!

The water company said they would get here eventually but this is crazy...what did I ever do to anyone to deserve years of shit...litterally......

My mom just had a 2.5 tempstar put in and it works wonderful keeps the house freezing. A friend of mine who has his own ac company put it in.

Sorry to hear you having a hard time.

So far have not heard back form them yet but still hopeful that maybe we can get some of the money we shelled out on all the repairs.......will update when I hear back from them.
