    I bought a product from light in the box and was not satisfied with the product out of the box. It was an MP4 player that was going to be a Christmas present but the shoddy materials weren't working up to specs. The company stated a refund policy or exchange policy but would not answer emails or the electronic request. I checked after a few days on the status of the warranty and they removed my request from the online queue. There is no phone to call, no one to talk to and they have no intention of honoring a warranty for anything. I will NEVER buy from them again. Money down the drain.
