    I had some problems w/my on-line order through no fault of the company but when I called their customer service number the problem was instantly resolved. Kathy was the wonderfully helpful and friendly Rep. that made me a customer for life. The customer is obviously still important w/this company and you can order on-line w/peace of mind.     Excellent quality, nicely packaged. Everyone I send too says they last for weeks! Good communication and tracking info as well

    I recently needed to send some flowers to arrive the next morning. No local florists would guarantee delivery so i relied on Pro Flowers. They not only have great sales, but their packaging is unique, the flowers are wonderful and it's easy to navigate their site. The over night charges are steep, but totally worth it.
