    I am very disappointed with this Merchant. I ordered a bathing suit and paid for express shipping. 10 days later i received the wrong bathing suit, so I called the customer service department. They did not apologize and were so rude. I needed a bathing suit because we were going on vacation. The one they sent was butt-ugly. I explained to them what happend. They charged me for again for a new bathing suit which I have yet to receive and I have to return the ugly one on my time while trying to pack up 3 kids to travel across country to florida. They would not refund my money until they got back the ugly one. Mind you this was Lane bryant catalogs mistake. My advice stick to Lane Bryant.com they don't make mistakes and if they do they have stores all over and they will fix the probelm.

    When I was still a size 14, this was one of my 3 favorite online plus size clothes stores! (The other two are Avenue and Roamans)They would always snail and email great $ off coupons to be used in their B&M &/or online stores. They have a great clearance section and an easy to use web site. My only problem EVER with them was returning a parcel of clothes that were too big. The package I returned totalled almost $80 and for 4 months I had to keep on them by phone and email..for some odd reason it didn't exist! The amount was finally credited back to my CC just 2 months ago. One confusing thing about LaneBryant is one is the discount and the other (Charmingshoppe) is the retail and I would always use the wrong codes at the wrong store!

    Not happy with the quality of the clothing...does not wear well..fades very easily..would not buy from them again.

    They always have great deals or coupons. The quality of the merchandise is alot better than I have seen elsewhere. The only thing that stinks is you have to pay 4.50 to return any items. This is the only downfall, that I have experienced. Fast shipping and good prices.
