The website isn't the easiest to navigate and unless you buy the extended warranty, you're pretty much out of luck if something breaks after the regular warranty is up because repairs are really pricey. But itunes is by far the best place to get downloads and the products are great quality. I don't know what I'd do without my Ipod!
